EU, UK, and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our compliance with the Privacy Shield program should first contact us. We have further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States.
In some cases, you may be able to resolve your complaint through binding arbitration.
Spyside Technologies is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission.
If we transfer personal information that is transferred to the United States under the Privacy Shield Framework to a third-party service that processes that information on our behalf, we will be responsible for the third party's processing that violates the Privacy Shield Principles, unless we can demonstrate that we were not responsible for the event that caused the damage.

How Long We Retain Your Data
Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
